“Recently I've been taking control of my weight and changing bad habits that I've had since childhood about working out/eating right. Had my first class on 3/31, and that and counting calories has me down 16 lbs. (Today is 6/19). I have bad knees and shoulders but I love how many options there are for modification so you can get the best workout without hurting yourself. This is also the first gym membership I've ever bought and stuck to because the workouts are varied and high intensity. I always used to feel like my workouts weren't doing enough and HATED working out until coming here. Now I go 4x a week! The workouts are designed to build a bunch of lean muscle, and I love how it alternates from HIIT to strength training through each class so I don't have to plan workouts myself. Just show up and do what they tell ya, and you'll be feeling great and checking all the boxes for a good exercise routine. Plus, I've enjoyed every instructor I've had and love the variety in teaching styles from everyone. I'd give 1,000 stars if I could. Thanks, Barre3!”
