“I would like to tell you about my recent visit to PIP and how my experience was at your office. I came to my grandchildren’s well check-ups (ages 4 and 9 months) to help my daughter -in-law, as needed, during the visit. It had been approx. 12 years since coming to a well visit at PIP. We were greeted so warmly by your office staff, we felt like royalty. I had a chance to interact with your office managers, Jane Gwin and Pam Klibbe, as well as your Human Resource director, Terry Rubin. They were all wonderful and treated us just like old friends!!! The medical assistances were terrific with the children and made them feel so at ease, the baby didn’t even cry when she had her shots! The real treat was watching Dr. Jerry Rubin at work. He is amazing!!! So kind, thorough and direct. I was amazed at how some things remained the same during the exam and how times had changed some of the questions that were asked. He treated our family with warmth and respect. Our entire family is sooooo grateful to be a part of The PIP family. “We took our second class at Seasoned Chef last week. The first was the basics class, which improved our confidence and helped us move around the kitchen faster. It has certainly helped us feed our two children more healthy home cooked meals even though both of us work full time. The second class was Indian cuisine, and it was a pleasure following Rosa around the kitchen as she created her dishes. We tried the sag paneer and rice last night, along with a turkey curry based on her tandoor in an effort to use our Thanksgiving leftovers. While it wasn't as good as Rosa's, it was delicious and our house smells like an Indian Bazaar still this morning. It was a wonderful way to wake up. Thanks, Dan.”

“I have been bringing my son here since he was born. We moved out of state for a year and a half and lamented we couldn't find a pediatrician like them near us. One of the huge perks when we moved back was we get to return, this time with another child to boot. They take very good care of both our children. They have seen them through all the baby and toddler stages and now into childhood. I wouldn't dream of taking my kids elsewhere. We don't live extremely close, but I make the drive work because of them. They speak to my children in words they can understand and always treat us parents with respect. When my son had emergency appendectomy as one of the youngest in Colorado to do so, they followed up on him and our family and it's something you don't forget. They aren't quick to overmedicate and the book they give to all new patients, my kids 2 were raised by and alleviated so many new parent concerns. They really care about their patients wholly and it shows. I was worried when the founder announced his retirement as we had so much trust in him, but I have seen absolutely no decline in their programs or care.”

“Heidi Tanner took over our account and aggressively pursued our case against the insurance company. She stayed in contact with us about our medical treatments and followed up with the various doctors. The adjusters for the insurance companies were giving us the run around for a settlement and the time frame in which we had to settle. To protect us, she filed a lawsuit in Federal Court after which she brought in a mediator and resolved the case. I was impressed by her tenaciousness and mediation skills. Heidi is very quick and does not allow anyone to run over her or her clients. I would highly recommend Heidi and the Paul Wilkinson Firm.”
