“I swung by here super late at night right before closing a few weeks back. I was worried about the employees being upset about a late order resulting in bad service. I was wrong. Seth and his crew were the nicest, funniest and all around best service I have ever experienced in a fast food environment. Heck, any environment. I dont remember what night it was but I remember a guy named Seth who was super friendly. It was late at night on a weekday I believe. Whoever was on that crew, especially my homey Seth, deserves a raise and a gold slice of roast beef or whatever your reward system is. The food was hot and fresh, the service was on point and super fast and the attitudes were friendly and welcoming. Id give more stars for these cats if I could. Cheers!”

“I had a funeral to attend in NE and my first experience in the store with an online order/pick-up in store was crazy. The exchange policy is bananas. I had to basically return the items that I already had purchased and then repurchase the exact same ones for the size I needed. Without going in to details about what happened with my account, I had a manager Gabriel go over above and beyond for me. I have NEVER in my 38 years had such a young manager exceed my expectations. It wasn’t even about refunding me. He listened to me explain everything. Talked with another manager and the associate. He stayed on the phone with me trying to figure the situation out. Promised to call me back (this happens a lot and I don’t get a return call) and he did. I was worried about him getting off work and his response was, “don’t worry about me, I want to make sure you’re happy and take care of you.” He did not get frustrated with me or even come across annoyed at all. I was frustrated but never mad at him. For his outstanding customer service in this day and age I am taken back and can’t stop thinking about how awesome he is! I will only shop at this Old Navy as long as he is there.”

“To the point, I stay with T-Mobile due to the fact that there are diamonds in the rough, but rarely found, yet worth seeking, especially after sixteen years of loyalty to T-Mobile. After an awful and cumbersome, series of account changes, my account was heavily troubled, for lack of 'better' words. While the US-based support was helpful, they offered not much other than platitudes and superlatives in order to get me off of the phone. Meanwhile, my issues were not resolved and still not acceptable. They included my billing, erroneous charges and liabilities, not defined by a CS rep. While my experiences at this store have always been satisfactory, they've never been exceptional. Maury was the profound difference this time, however. What took the CS team several hours to explain and, in my opinion, manipulate, Maury was able to solve in under an hour. Meanwhile, she rectified my issues, lowered my bill and was able to get me a refund on the charges that only she took the time to discover were not applicable. Not only is Maury highly-recommended, she is the only person who I will ever trust with my account moving forward. Well done, Maury. I appreciate you.”
