“Greetings- This is to compliment Veronica at this Cricket location on Colfax Ave. Tonight at 9:00pm EST in the state of MD all the cricket stores were closed. I needed information on getting my father in TN a cricket phone temporarily. His cell phone was mailed to me while I have it repaired here in the state of MD and he is feeling so lost without his phone. I am repairing the phone, taking pictures of family and various sites of interest for him since he cannot travel at 83 years young. Veronica was very professional and knowledgeable about the cricket plans and phones. She helped me to make a decision on using an extra phone and getting a cricket plan for him temporarily while I have his phone repaired and connected to an Amazon Echo for Christmas. Her personality was pleasant, and showed great empathy for my situation. It is with her friendly greeting and assistance that I feel confident in purchasing a cricket plan for my Dad in TN. The plan will be from the state of MD and I will be able to send him a phone and continue to prepare his Christmas surprise while he is happy using the extra phone. “Starbucks is always there when I need them. Drinks are pretty good and they had various snacks and sandwiches available. This location is in an area with a homeless problem, so not one you would likely walk to at night, but during the day it would probably be okay. Service was quick and my order was right.”
