“My service experience was far better than Larry Miller Jeep/Dodge from my last car buying experience, but still left a little to be desired. The service was completed before the time they quoted me, which was great, but they were unable to quote me a price on a replacement trim piece, and I'm still waiting for the call from their service department two weeks later to quote me on it. Additionally, they gave my car battery a clean bill of health, and less than a week later my car was dead. Found out they hadn't replaced the battery before I purchased the car, like they had said, same for the air filters they also said they had replaced. They were still extremely professional, and I'd bring my car there again, but due to time and distance, I likely won't.”

“I cannot say enough about this location and staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the work was completed in less time than promised...and excellently at that. I ordered my windshield and filed my insurance claim on their mobile web site in minutes, and I only had to stay in the lobby (well appointed with TV, bottled water, extensive coffee bar, cookies, video game center & phone charging station) for about 1.25 hours...not even enough time to get the work done I was hoping to! I will never go anywhere else...”

“They got the job done just like they said they would, but they don't seem to answer the phone and the voice mail was always full. When I took a Lyft back to get pick up my car there is a sign on the door saying they'd be back later... so I had to wait outside for half an hour with some other dude that was already sitting there. Bottom line: Great work but weird customer service.”
