Ok because I am a fair customer. I am going to update my Review to give them 5 stars for being immediately in there response to my concerns. I am going to leave the original review which is posted below...but the corporate manager called me and we had a very fair discussion and I believe he was genuine in his attempt to satisfy my concern. So for that I change my review to "5stars" The ( original review that rated a "1"
:review--- I We have gone there multiple times and we are current on out bills. Building A today had it's " Single Cart removed from the building. For as much as we are paying I should have to not hunt the office staff down to have them run around wasting time. Additionally the fact that they only provide one cart for an entire building is well crazy it's a " Storage Facility" everyone needs carts. The staff are wonderful. I felt bad for the woman she had a breathing tube in and I felt as if I was stressing her out and she was already in poor health soninwas polite with her cause it's not her fault it's the corporations or the franchise or Co-op owner however it's run... This should be addressed nationally and I am gonna share it on all the pages I have tonight

Been using their unit for a few months now and have not any issues. Their storage units are clean and well maintained. And Leona at the front desk was very helpful helping me with another unit I have recently upgraded to.

Been using this facility for about 2 years now and recently transferred to another unit. The entire property is well kept and very clean. Debbi is extremely helpful, friendly, and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for storage needs.

Leona and Connie were amazing to work with! Made the whole experience easy and answered all my questions. HIGHLY recommend this location!!
