“This park is huge!!! We absolutely love it here. Especially since the quarantine, lol, this is our only time out of the house. It's spacious enough to have your own peaceful area. I've never felt encroached on by other visitors either. Perfect park with lots of flat ground to play soccer or football, and enough trees to lay in the shade if you prefer!”

“During quarantine - have made it a mission to get out to grab some fresh air only once a day and I live near Bluff Lake Park. Right now, all construction going around seems to be on half and makes it get there a bit like you’re not going to a nice park. There’s too much going on but once you get to parking lot and get in - you will love it. Go down the wood steps or seine taking ramp and once “down” you can take your time through trail and get to the bridge and lake. The lake looks like it needs some serious TLC. All the construction around the area is affecting this beautiful area :(”

“Brought our puppy to the dog park for his first time, about 10 dogs at the time and 7-8 people. Everybody was very friendly, the dogs were well behaved and just running around having a good time. Would be 5 stars, but the water fountain didn't work. That may have been due to the weather, still getting snow and colder temperatures. They had bags posted around the place to clean up after your pet, and it looked like everybody did. Will go again, our puppy had a blast! Edited to 5 stars, Water was turned off for Winter (understandable!) and its back on for warmer weather.”

“This is the best park in GVR to take your kids to if you want to skip out on the teenage scene. Easily walked to from several paths throughout the neighborhood. There is a small pavilion off to the side, which is great for picnics/parties with friends.”

“This is a bring your own wood and ingredient place...it's not a restaurant as the other reviews below might make you think. It's a park with a pizza oven in it. You bring your hickory or oak, start your fire in the oven, then cook your pizza. It will take about 2 hours. You then must clean out the oven. The park has picnic tables and a small grassy area.”
