“I give a 5 star review to the maintenance man Andre! He is a top of the line, top flight maintenance of the world! He was in my apartment a few times the last few months and fixed everything perfectly. He didn't steal anything either! I give the community itself a 4 star review. They have improved so much stuff since they took over the place. I LOVE the new gym. I am super bummed that the year round pools aren't even open, I was really looking forward to that. They don't do much for the landscaping after summer, there was leaves everywhere! They came through and did a mediocre job cleaning them up a few weeks ago but the area when you walk up to my apartment looks gross still ????. Other that that this is a great place to live. I've been here almost 4 years. The location is great and it's not too badly priced (this is Denver so everything is expensive, this is just reasonable and you get your own washer and dryer) I definitely recommend moving here, and request for Andre to fix all your stuff!”
