  We went in to add lines and upgrade our plan. Corey and Austin got us set up and done with everything in an hour. That was amazing! Our experiences at other Sprint stores were so bad we were ready prepared for the worst but got the best instead!!!

  Amazing service! David was so kind to me and walked me through every step of the way! I would absolutely reccomend him to anyone looking for kind, funny and straightforward customer service!

  Jon was amazing! He went above and beyond normal customer service. He drove over 80 miles round trip to get me my device I wanted for my birthday. He made my birthday special! Go see Jon at the store in the Castle Rock location across from the outlet mall. Everyone there gives great customer service but Jon is extra special! The store manager Brad has exceptional customer service and he has an amazing team!

  Staff was great! They were able to get me on a better plan for my family and took care of everything. Great customer service!
