(March 10, 2019, 5:02 am)I found the makeup gurus at this Castle Rock Ulta Beauty to be not only infinitely more knowledgable about their products and are a very tight-knit group that are all aware of their customer's needs but more importantly, they were very considerate and did not rush me with my browsing. I have not had such good luck in my past visits at other Ulta locations where I found the employees to be judgmental, preoccupied and generally unhelpful which is part of the reason that I gave the 4-star rating. The other reason is because of the exclusivity rights that Ulta and Sephora have on seemingly random items within my favorite brands. For example, I love itCosmetics but I found out today that one of the primers and CC foundation that I want to try can only be purchased at Sephora making my day that much more time consuming to get what I need. On that note...Happy hunting!!

(December 22, 2018, 12:58 am)This Ulta is somehow the perfect blend of attentive and leave you to do your shopping. They were quick to help when I had questions but didn’t hover or continuously ask if I needed help. They also have a really good selection and everyone that helped me was super friendly!
(October 28, 2018, 11:17 am)I had my makeup done for a Halloween party. She did a fantastic job making me look like Betty Boop. I wish I could post a picture. I will definitely come again for my next event.
