“Ken is super - super high energy, super professional, and super on top of it with helping me navigate Progressive Insurance. Our car got rear ended and Ken was super helpful in getting me in touch with the right people to get my car 100% fixed at zero cost to me. He told me who to call to get a rental (100% covered), and then gave me a heads up that Progressive was going to try and weasel out of paying for the rental. I was able to return the rental before they could stick me with the bill, and a couple days later, my car was ready - he even got Toyota parts at no extra cost!
