(October 12, 2018, 2:00 pm)I am a little older so I am not as good at Yoga as I was 15 years ago! I did a drop in visit here a couple weeks ago and they were very welcoming. The instructors are passionate about what they do and were very accommodating to what I needed. The studio is very clean and welcoming as well. I would recommend coming here and I would always recommend making Yoga a regular practice in your life!
