“I have placed several orders with Dennis Uniform recently and they have been great! Their curbside pickup process is quick and easy and I can't say enough about their customer service. The staff is very professional and friendly both on the phone and at their curbside pickup. They have gone out of their way to help me on a couple of my orders which I greatly appreciate! For example: I returned several items that were the wrong size online, but when I went to drop them off, apparently the website didn't process my return correctly on two of my three returns and I didn't have the necessary paperwork. Even though they were extremely busy, the manager, Joy, and Henrietta were very nice and were able to get the paperwork sorted at the store so that the return could be processed correctly. “Visited the store, in advance of having our master bedroom, bath and closet painted, to be sure our selected colors could be matched. They were easily able to do this, and even gave me color samples to match to some of my existing colors. After the work was completed, we found we needed a little more of our bedroom color to paint our electrical outlet covers. My husband went back, and requested only a quart of paint for this small job. The clerk was not able to get the computer to fill such a small amount, so he gave us the gallon size for the quart price! Thank you for your excellent service!”
