I had hernia repair with surgical mesh by Dr. Barnes in July of 2016. This was my first surgery and the staff and experience were nothing but professional and comforting. I was scheduled for surgery earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Dr. Barnes and the anesthesiologist explained everything to me in advance and in great detail. There were no complications during or after the procedure. Once I was unsure if my stitches were coming loose so I called into the office. The nurse told me that Dr. Barnes had just walked into the office and passed the phone directly to him. He had me text him a picture of the incision site and immediately replied that everything looked just fine. How often do you get that kind of personal care from a doctor? I obviously did get scheduled in for a followup to check on my recovery but I knew there was no immediate concern. I would certainly recommend Dr. Barnes based on my experience with him, his staff and surgery center.
He did my gallbladder surgery from my gallstones he did amazing. I'm still recovering but I'm doing so much better thank you so much doctor!
