“A really great experience - I was looking for new shoes and they had just what I needed, at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is top notch too; a huge 'thank you' to staff member Kevin who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I tried on multiple pairs of shoes!!!!! The only issue with Big5 is their physical store location in Parker, you have to either know it's there or find it by chance...they deserve to have a more prominent location. Still, their current site means a quieter store and easy parking! I'll be back to the store as needed, a bit of a hidden gem😃”

“100% hands down the nicest people. Their customer service is always great. They have bulk dog treats for a great price (my doggo loves the peanut butter ones the best). Their prices beat out most other pet stores. Once my husband left his phone right as they were closing and they made sure to wait for him so he could get his phone back. If you have an animal please go check them out, you won't regret it.”
