“These guys are absolutely fantastic. We had some issues getting my vehicle worked on (issues I brought in) and their shop handled it professionally and still performed the work it needed. The staff is awesome to deal with especially Josh out front and the mechanic was a pretty good guy as well; knowledgeable and understanding. Again this is a great shop, extremely friendly, and utmost professional service. Will be using them again for any major repairs etc. I would recommend to anyone.”

“Bighorn is amazing. The team here are up front, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Went in for alignment and some extended brake lines. Quoted a fair price and they were available to meet my schedule. During the work, a brake line showed a leak, and Bill called to let me know he had a part coming, but it would be a couple days... then he blew my mind with an alternative. Knowing I was heading out on a big trip the next day, one of the shop guys with the same model truck offered to take the part off of his truck, to get me back on the road, and he would wait for the part!!! Seriously, this is what you call customer service. The whole team, from top to bottom at Bighorn, is about the customer and making it right and this is evidence to that. You guys are awesome, and you’ve got my business and I’ll tell everyone I know that you guys are the best. Thanks for making my trip possible, whatever it took.”
