Erika is very smart and direct. She will quickly get to the heart of matters. If you’ve tried other counselors and therapists but haven’t got real results, I would highly recommend seeing her.

Sandi has been incredibly helpful for my daughter and our entire family. She doesn't treat people like victims and instead, helps them focus on and be accountable for aspects of their own behavior--as well as examining external factors. She does this in such a caring way. This is refreshing and, we've found, not all that common. She is very proactive, highly dependable, and a great communicator. I would recommend her and Mindful Springs to anyone seeking real and productive guidance.
