“I rented from RS for the last two years and cant say enough nice things about Rosie and Jessica. The only reason I am vacating property is because I got a too good to say no deal on a purchase. Their properties are, I would say, reasonably priced in a market where I have seen plenty of price gouging over the last couple of years. Application process was a breeze. They base approval on first qualified applicant versus collecting dozens of applications and choosing the favorite. I have seen a lot of property companies here doing this egregious practice. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with the property, example last big windstorm, they were super responsive and the issue was dealt with quickly. They often respond to emails out of hours, even if not urgent, and are awesome people and super easy to deal with. Rent payment is a breeze through their online portal. Word of caution on this. You are given the option of reporting rent payment to credit bureaus. If your credit score is on the lower end this could be a good thing for you. If however your credit score is on the higher end you may want to deselect this option. Rationale being that it will report as a newly opened credit account which will decrease the average length of open credit accounts. It dipped my score by a couple of points but as soon as I changed my option it jumped back up again. They are, subject to owner approval, pet friendly. If the need arose I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again from RS Property Management.”
