I called in my parts to see if they had them. The person who answered the phone was nice but didn't finish the conversation, so when I went to pick up, they knew nothing about why I was there. Pricing was comparative to what I found online with competitors. When I went over, service was fast. The person who served me was awesome - friendly, gave me tips for the future, and got my parts and checkout done quickly. This was a residential, owner pickup.

I have now been able to fix my dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher thanks to the very helpful employees who work here! As long as you have the brand name, model number and a good description of the part you need, they can help you. I took them a digital photo of the plate that had my appliance info and they were able to get all the info but the part off of it. You have to help them so that they can help you. They don't have a magic wand to wave and figure it out, but they do the best they can. If they don't have the part you need, they can order it.
