As long as you have the brand name, model number and a good description of the part you need, they can help you. I took them a digital photo of the plate that had my appliance info and they were able to get all the info but the part off of it. You have to help them so that they can help you. They don't have a magic wand to wave and figure it out, but they do the best they can. If they don't have the part you need, they can order it.”
