“The employees at Parkmoor Village are some of the most amazing people at any establishment. They treated me like gold, like I was important and like I mattered. At the punch of the call button they came running to get me what I wanted. What I especially enjoyed was the fact that it did not matter what position they were in, no job was too “low” for them. If I needed water, the person that happened to be in my room, of in the hall, would get it for me (administrator, director, nurse, CNA).
