“We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!”

“My Great Plains move was smooth from start to finish. The estimate from Jared was accurate and the coordinators could not have been more friendly. The packers itemized everything and were very careful with my furniture and items, including an antique and one large painting. The guys on the moving crew were great -- on-time, polite, and super hardworking. Marty and Monday were the absolute best and I knew my stuff was in good hands! Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I've moved a lot and know moving can be stressful for some families, but I had a great experience and would absolutely use Great Plains again!”
