Working with Josh and his clients was awesome! He was very communicative (not like some who say they are and aren't) and professional! He is just so pleasant I would absolutely love to work with him on another deal in the future! Thank you Josh for your hard work at making the transaction seamless!!

My team and I have had the privilege of working alongside Josh on the title side of real estate transactions. He is very responsive to emails and communicates very precisely and clearly. He also follows through on his word (refreshing in any industry!), is positive, and shows appreciation and gratefulness. All around an incredible person which makes him an amazing Realtor!

Josh Case was my realtor who helped me find a home in Colorado Springs. When I first began working with Josh, I was living in Arizona. Josh contacted me after I had viewed some homes on Realtor.com.

After meeting him by phone, Josh helped me view homes remotely via Face Time. It was a good idea, but we both found out that Verizon doesn't have the best coverage in CoS. I think it was so awesome Josh took the time to go view homes for me and show them to me remotely. I think since Verizon doesn't have great coverage here in CoS, it may just be easier to take videos and send them via email.

Once I found some houses I was interested in, Lawrence and I flew up to view them in person. Josh was very helpful setting up times for us to see homes that fit our needs. When we found a home we were interested in, he also set up a time to view it and then another time to take measurements.

Josh was quite attentive and responsive throughout the whole process of viewing homes all the way through escrow. He helped me through all the paperwork, and he never seemed too busy to help me. I think it was great that he didn't spread himself too thin between too many clients.

I also feel that Josh was very good at communicating my questions to the seller's agent in a timely manner. Communication is one of Josh's strong suits. He is very clear and very expressive, and listened well to me too.I really felt that Josh was always available to me any time I needed to talk with him. I hope I didn't invade his private time too much!

I really can't think of too much that Josh could improve on.
One thing I can say that was not at all a reflection on Josh is that the seller's weren't completely out of the house when I did the final walk through. This made it difficult for me to concentrate on viewing the house, and so I missed a few things that I would probably not have, had the owners been out of the house. For example, the upstairs sliding glass door screen doesn't seem to slide on its track well. So far, I haven't had the time to check to see if there is a problem with the wheels. Also, the garage door opener needs servicing, but because the owner's dad was hanging out in the garage with all his stuff, I didn't feel comfortable checking the function of the garage door. The owner's 93 year old dad followed us around the house, so it was uncomfortable and very difficult to concentrate on the house. This was not Josh's fault. But perhaps this information may help set up the next walk through at a more conducive time for the buyer.

I will recommend Josh to anyone I make acquaintance with who is looking for a realtor. He was just great!

Josh was great! Always very professional. Knew what needed to be done and when to do it. Being very personable and outgoing always helps put me at ease.
