Kevin and crew went beyond the call of duty on this roofing project. The house had been vacant and for sale for four months when the roof got damaged by a bad hailstorm. By the time the insurance claims were in, it was well into winter, and there were no takers yet on the house. I told Kevin that we could put things on hold until it warmed back up, but luckily for us, we had three offers on the house in late January. The one we accepted was set to close on March 8th. Unfortunately, it was right in the middle of winter. Kevin shifted into high gear. We were no longer living in Colorado, so Kevin managed the project, met with realtors and insurance adjusters, battled snowstorms and kept us informed and up to date. The team finished the roof on closing day (which the buyer moved up by one day) as the snow was starting to fly. You just can't find service better than Western Property Services. Thank you Kevin and the whole team who got it done.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Kevin and Adam were professionals right out of the gate and the proposal I received was well priced against the competition. Communication was stellar throughout and when it came time to having the roofing work done, they were fantastic. The crew worked long hours and finished a day and a half AHEAD of schedule! Clean up was well done and management was onsite to walk me through before the project, during and after it completed to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent service and concern for my property throughout. Would definitely use them again!

I referred a friend to this company because they were highly recommended. They quickly replaced her roof and the quality of their work was excellent. What I noticed was how clean her property was after the crews had left the home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as they were professional, courteous and timely.
