Honest Accurate Auto Service - West

Honest Accurate was incredibly helpful with my vehicle’s engine service. They were punctual and had excellent customer service. I was able to use their shuttle service and Dan (the driver) was very amicable. Bryce (one of the advisors) talked me through the main issue of my engine, and made sure to be very thorough with the overall vehicle. Would highly recommend using this auto repair shop.

I was having clutch problems with my sedan and reached out to Honest Accurate for help. Jen was able to suggest a tow company for me and slot me in for repairs later in the same week. I appreciate the speedy communication (even through text!) that I had with Honest Accurate as they diagnosed the issues with my car. They even brought up some other non-urgent items to keep my eyes on. It wasn't an inexpensive repair by any means, but my car is running great! I would definitely recommend Honest Accurate!

After another auto shop had our car for TWO MONTHS trying to diagnose and "find parts," Honest Accurate got us in a week after I called and they completed repairs within a few days. We loved that they sent us an inspection report complete with pictures, and their service tech did a great job and even cleaned the living-on-a-dirt-road dust out of the engine. Our car is working well again and everyone I talked to was pleasant and knowledgeable. Happy to report that we have found our new shop going forward!
