“Amazing customer service! We took our car in last March for repairs after a run in with a boulder. The staff was extremely compassionate, caring, and did an amazing job of communicating the process and timeline. We we're updated almost daily with the progress and estimated time of completion. Fast forward 9 months later, our horn went out. I called to have it fixed under the warranty. Without a question they told me to bring it in, replaced the horn in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way. I can't say enough about this team! They are great and you will be in good hands.”

“Great service. Very fair in pricing. Very HONEST. VERY much better than a different company we had received an estimate from. Tire World didn't try to raise the estimate by adding in things that weren't necessary and did not try to say that something was bad and needed fixing like the other company we had visited. We gave them our budget and they did as much as possible within the budget. They also helped prioritize the work that actually had to be done right away and told us what needed to be done that could wait a little while longer. We very much appreciated their HONESTY, help and great service. We'll definitely be returning to Tire World for other repairs.”
