Absolute life saver!! We had a lightning strike shatter a window on a Saturday night, Dan to the rescue!!! He went out and replaced the glass for me on a Sunday! I called 14 other companies He was the only one that even answered the phone. I would give 100 stars if I could!!

One of my workers broke a window at a customer’s house. I called around to many glass companies for help replacing just glass. Everyone said the entire window and frame had to be replaced. I knew this wasn’t true. When I called Urban Glass, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They promptly ordered the glass exactly as described. The glass was ready within the timeframe they estimated. I received a call the second it arrived. Honesty, integrity and great customer service. Hopefully I won’t run into this situation again. But if I do, Urban Glass will be my first and only call.

I can't say enough about Dan! We had the misfortune this season of breaking not one but two sliding glass doors (apparently, it happens). After calling half a dozen local glass companies, I had scheduled two estimates, one for a week later and the other for a whopping three-and-a-half weeks out. They will not even give you a ballpark estimate prior to coming in person. Dan said to text him a picture and dimensions of the glass in question. He gave me a bid within a half an hour! We did keep our original appointment with the one company. Urban Glass came in slightly less but with blindingly fast response and convenience. It means a lot to have a third party that I can trust to care as much for our clients as we do. Thank you, sir. God bless you.

If you need glass replaced at your home don’t look any further! Dan was awesome. Fast and very fair prices. Other companies wouldn’t call me back or wouldn’t get their estimate to me after coming out. Dan came the day after I called him and installed the glass for the windows as soon as the factory made them. He uses a family glass company and spoke highly of his relationship with them. Call Dan first and your last call will have been made.
