Outstanding customer service.
Absolutely amazing customer service. I made an order and ended up needing to cancel it because a friend was able to get me a great deal on a custom fabricated pole which worked better for my situation. Even though I was canceling an order, John spent an incredible amount of time helping me be informed on the pros and cons of different flag pole types and also had many extremely helpful insights on the best lighting solutions for my situation. I wish I needed another flag pole so I could order one from High Country Flagpole! These fine people absolutely deserve your consideration if you are in the market for a good flag pole from honest people who will shoot you straight!
