“After getting my house back in order after the install, I had to make sure I left a review of this amazing company. My wife n I were totally screwed by Empire and left high n dry. I called around town but no one could install for about a week or more. When I called Big Bob's Flooring I was told to come down and they would try to help us out. We not only found the same exact style of carpet and pad, but also was told Jose could install the next day. He was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. My family can not thank this company enough for the professionalism, and great work. Not only that but they beat the price of the bigger company's by a landslide. Such a wonderful company and highly recommended!!!!”
