I called around town but no one could install for about a week or more. When I called Big Bob's Flooring I was told to come down and they would try to help us out. We not only found the same exact style of carpet and pad, but also was told Jose could install the next day. He was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. My family can not thank this company enough for the professionalism, and great work. Not only that but they beat the price of the bigger company's by a landslide. He's honest and straightforward and hasn't raised his price since I've known the guy. For repairs it costs $25 for him to diagnose it and then if it's a simple fix that's all it will cost you otherwise he'll call you and let you know exactly how much it costs to repair it and what parts you may need. He can/will order in or sell most kinds of parts that you may need. He carries chargers for most laptops that you can buy straight off of him.”
