“I recently came into this store because a friend of mine broke his phone and didn’t have insurance and we went to his carrier (sprint) and they after standing there without being acknowledged or greeted that was enough for us to just walk out and seek other options. We knew there was a Verizon store nearby so as hesitant as we were to have to switch and most likely sit in a cell phone store all day we walked in and it was like night and day. It was a full store but we were greeted within seconds by the store manager Mike B and not only did he make us feel welcome but he was empathetic over the situation and made sure my friend was taken care of. Mike was knowledgeable with the plans, promotions and was able to get my friend in and out in under an hour! He was helping other customers and assisting his co workers all while helping us. This right here is enough for me to bring my entire family over to Verizon and mike will be the only person I will have help us. I’m not sure if he gets commission or anything but this guy is a rare find and I felt it was necessary to let other people know about him.”
