“A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations. After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating. If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.”

“At Ketamine Colorado Springs (Direct Care) Wace was already hard at work before I was even their patient, getting me scheduled for a consult with Dr. Jana while I was at an inpatient facility. Unfortunately, at no fault of Direct Care the phone consult didn’t work out. However, my information was quickly presented to Dr. Jeff, who put me on his schedule for a same day in person consult with my first treatment to follow. I know he didn’t have to do that, yet, they understood my need to start treatment ASAP. Wace wears many hats. Every time I see her, she is working extremely hard to ensure everything is flowing smoothly; scheduling patients, working on billing, and just generally being AWESOME. She is so down to earth and compassionate. She tries really hard to make sure the infusions work with my schedule and she hasn’t failed me. I really appreciate that I could pay per treatment and not have to pay for my entire 6 treatments in its entirety up front - I just would not have been able to afford it that way. Dr. Jeff is hilarious and so relatable (perhaps the first Doc I’ve met who loves the same type of music that I do)! Dr. Jana is so sweet, an incredible listener and makes sure your ketamine experience is as comforting as can be. Between those two providers (who, by the way are both military veterans)..they make a perfect team. I love the ambience and the more modern, yet comforting look of their facility. I am what some consider a “hard stick” and their new RN Crystal has gotten my IV on the first attempt each time! What the ketamine infusions have done for me and my mental wellness is hard to fully describe. The infusions have saved my life and changed it. The sun shines brighter. I’ve found my happiness again thanks to the entire Ketamine Colorado Springs team.”
