I have taken 5 different classes from yoga in the pool to yoga on the lake, & each one has been unique, challenging & so enjoyable! We are only as good as our instructor & she is amazing. Hope to get in 1 more session with Dragonfly Paddle yoga before summer is over. A definite must do!!!”
