“I inquired about moving about 2 weeks before my move date and Steven came out to talk everything out and gave a reasonable price. Then throughout the 2 weeks leading up to my move date he kept in contact to reassure me he would be there and talk me through how things would be handled. On moving Day he and his crew showed up on time and got straight to work. Everyone on his team were kind and respectful and took great care of my things. At my new house, they offered to set the rooms how we would like it laid out. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of movers.”

They moved my furniture from Colorado to Maryland and actually came in under estimate. I had heard so many horror stories about long distance moves and extra charges being tacked on but Coleman let me know what everything would cost up front and then kept me informed every step of the way. Beth was always available to answer any questions I had and then checked in with me after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. The driver, Corey, kept everything moving. “When your 98 year old Mother needs to close out her apartment and move to Skilled Nursing following a stroke, who do you call to move a lifetime of precious heirlooms and handmade oak furniture? The folks at the Senior Living Facility recommended Arrow Moving and Storage. What a GREAT recommendation! Chris and Lorenzo showed up on time for our scheduled move with smiles on their faces and an eagerness to help. They got down to business immediately, carefully padding and protecting some really special things we needed to move. Between Mother's family, friends, and the skilled nursing facility, there were four separate drop off locations. They carefully delivered each piece in excellent condition, even taking a few moments to help arrange furniture in the new room at skilled nursing. The unwanted items were dropped off a Goodwill for us. Chris and Lorenzo made a difficult day go so much better. We couldn't have hoped for a better move.
