“Awesome experience! The government has obviously worked HARD on improving the DMV and it shows! We set an appointment online and were seen BEFORE our appointment time! I needed to sit while at the desk due to a medical issue -- the clerk himself got out of his own chair and pulled a chair up to the desk for me. WOW! Plus all the other workers were polite! TIP: If you are coming from out of state and you have switched your insurance coverage, be sure your new insurance has COLORADO on it, and not your old state. Mine did not. It was an oversight by my insurer and I had to get it fixed there on the spot in order to get my new tag. My experience was positive and I appreciate the patience exhibited by the staff while I worked things out with my insurance company.”
