“I have no reservations referring Bills RV Storage. Their staff are professional, timely and accommodating to all my needs, and far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 24 hour gated and video surveillance gives great peace of mind. The reason I switched to Bills is the storage facility I used before, experienced a storm that left my RV with 11k in damage while my family and I were out town. I found my camper badly damaged 3 months later, before departing on a family trip. Management explained to me, that in the agreement, it clearly states that they are not responsible, nor will they take action to inform owners of property damage. I have been with Bills for over a year now and have received very clear communication that pertains to the storage yard or information they feel is vital to the owner of property in the yard. They truly value their customers. My only disappointment was waiting as long as I did to store my RV here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!”

“We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!”

The packers itemized everything and were very careful with my furniture and items, including an antique and one large painting. The guys on the moving crew were great -- on-time, polite, and super hardworking. Marty and Monday were the absolute best and I knew my stuff was in good hands! Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I've moved a lot and know moving can be stressful for some families, but I had a great experience and would absolutely use Great Plains again!”

“A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations. After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating. If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.”

“My husband and I ordered a couple pizzas and a 2 liter of soda, there was only one person working at the time and she was honestly amazing. She was doing everything on her own and dealing with some other things. I really want to praise her on how great she was doing all on her own, she ran that place like a champ. I also want to mention how sweet she was even with taking everything on alone. The Domino's in St. Ann is the best place I have been so far, the other are also good, but St. Ann has every other store beat just because of one awesome lady.”
