Caliber Collision

Was rear-ended. Body damage minor, but it knocked out the blind-spot detectors. Took a while to get in the shop as it was drive-able, but once in, we were kept informed as to status (parts had to be ordered from Japan) and the work was completed well before the target date. Car is almost new and now it looks almost new again. Blind-spot detectors work just fine, insurance covered all. Very pleased with the work and overall experience.

This shop is great! I had Caliber repair my vehicle after a traffic collision, and the team was very professional and helpful. Johnny was my main point of contact during the repair process, and he is just awesome. Great communication, updates and professionalism from Johnny, and he really made me feel valued as a customer. Also, Mary stood out as very helpful and professional too. You can tell the folks at this shop work their tails off! I would use Caliber in Monument again for any of my auto-body needs. Best!
