Wow! The whole experience was excellent! Short wait time, very minimal time in the bay, and enthusiasm to do a good job. They even initiated the conversation that I was early for the oil change, rather than just doing it and not allowing me to make that decision. They made me feel like the only customer they had all day! So nice to experience a high standard of customer service.....Thank You!

Cody and Mike were fantastic. Undoubtedly the best vehicle service in the shortest amount of time ever. I am always extremely cautious with who I allow to work on my vehicles. With the growing number of vehicle service shops in Falcon, these guys proved that Jiffy Lube has competitive workers and pricing. I will definitely be returning because of them. Keep that up!

Best jiffy lube experience I’ve had! This is the first time I’ve been back ins while. Super friendly staff, made me feel welcome. Ian really took care of me this trip. Kat was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond with the services preformed. Didn’t even ask and they cleaned up some of the oil I spilled under the hood. Definitely will be coming back.

People we're very professional and friendly. "Kat" knew what she was doing and performed the transmission fluid exchange quickly and was very informative. She was also performing duties on other vehicles and managed to stay right in step with the service I had done. (Applause).
