“Overall, I’ve had pretty good luck here, just be aware that manning shortages impact them just like everywhere else. Everyone seems to really try to do their best to help you and mean well. I’ve had a few specialty appointments, a procedure, as well as have gone to the ER a few times as well. It’s been clean every time I’ve been there. Not always super fast service but that’s military healthcare for you. You need to stay on top of them at times to call you back or do whatever followup action items are needed. I’ll agree with others that the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. So I fill my prescriptions elsewhere if I can.”

“I’ve been with Balance chiropractic since April of this year. Saw them at a local event and decided to stop by the booth. Dr. Max and Dr. Matthew quickly educated me on the atlas and did a demonstration. Next thing I know I’m a patient. The environment is very chill and relaxing. It’s always clean, always smells good and is welcoming. All of the staff are phenomenal!! Two specific shoutouts…first to Holly-she is amazing. She’s always on top of things and always asking how things are going. She’s very personable. Second is Dr. Matthew-he’s adjusted me the most but he’s been personable from the beginning. He actually remembers conversations with me and follows up. He is genuine in every interaction with me and with other patients. He’s always laughing and talking to someone and he seems highly invested in his career and his patients. But like I said, all the staff are great! Lastly, the adjustments themselves are something I never knew I needed. I had been considering a traditional chiropractor before finding balance chiropractic. I was slightly skeptical at first that one tiny adjustment would pull my whole body into alignment. The adjustments work wonders! I started out pretty bad with a range of symptoms but as time has gone on I feel almost brand new. My body has also held my adjustments so often that I can tell when I need an adjustment now. I do wish they offered at least one early morning or one late night for adjustments (like before 8 am and after 6pm). It’s not the biggest deal because I make it work but just my suggestion.”

Got her vitals taken within minutes, the nurse ordered an X-ray before being seen by the doctor so that the doctor would have results when they were able to see her. The staff was all so friendly and great with kids. We walked in and left within an hour. Best service in the springs!”

“Amazing care from the minute my husband was admitted. It was Easter Sunday, everyone was just absolutely wonderful..informative; attentive; compassionate; humorous; supportive, and kind..that being the most important. He was admitted and the people on the floor are amazing..there are not enough good adjectives to describe them and the care they give. I would send any and every member of my family and friends here ..what a wonderful collection of talent and compassion. I would especially like to give a shout out to the ER staff that day, Jeremy is an angel in the flesh. I'm sorry I don't recall the names of the others, but all were angels in service..and I'm not religious..so there you go. Everyone was so kind, I don't remember all their names but from phlebotomy to CT to every department we came in contact with ..it was an absolute delight. Thank you..thank you so much.. I'm comfortable that my guy is there and will be well taken care of..I will sleep well tonight.”

“I just had a colonoscopy done by Dr Michael Baker at Associates in Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center, what a wonderful and caring experience for something so important. I was welcomed by the receptionist and attended to by nurses Sandra, Elizabeth and Amanda. Right from the beginning to the end of the procedure was a very pleasant experience. The nurse anesthetist informed me of what he was going to do, the OR nurse made me comfortable and of course Dr Baker was fantastic , explaining everything and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dr Baker and the entire staff.”

“I got the second dose of my covid vaccine from Chris- he was lovely and professional, and I barely felt the shot! Unfortunately, he was all on his own to manage a long line of people getting shots. No one was working the front desk area of the clinic so he had to do it all alone. Hopefully king soopers and the little clinic will make sure they have enough staff in the future to handle this high volume, because Chris (and all essential workers) deserve to work in a less stressful environment! He handled it like a true champ though, so give that man a raise!! :)”

He was so gentle and my 5 year old did so well with him (I was nervous she would panic). All four of my children absolutely love Bridget!
