John did a great job diagnosing the issue with my fridge to correctly fix it. Honest and very knowledgeable. Will always use his services and refer him to anyone in need of help.
Edit: He's 2 for 2! Had an issue with another appliance and again John was there to fix the issue and help educate me on how to prevent it from happening again. He's been booked for the past week but I was able to wait for his services and will do so as long as he is servicing this area.
I have had two separate calls with John, one for my dishwasher some time ago and he walked me through ordering a part and fixing the issue and the second for my Samsung Refrig fan and defrosting without a house call!! Thank you John so much!!!
After reading reviews online, I decided to give John a call and see if he could repair our dishwasher. He started asking me questions, had me check some simple things and after a 20 minute phone call, he had diagnosed and solved the issue. His total fee was oatmeal cookies. He is obviously knowledgeable and trustworthy, not to mention personable and professional. He could have come out and performed a service all and charged my much more and I would have been none the wiser. Try calling John Wright first.

I would give him 6 stars if I could! John is extremely polite, kind, happy, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My entire dishwasher repair experience was excellent. He went above and beyond to give me helpful tips on troubleshooting issues on my own. He was well prepared and incredibly reasonable. I felt like I had known him for years and that he really cared about me and my home. I love the fact that he gave me another helpful tip on his way out - he didn't have to and that really goes to show you what kind of a person he is!!! Thank you John.
