Loved this resort! Perfect for our family with little kids. The sites were easy to pull into. The facilities were clean as well as the grounds. Also, absolutely gorgeous views all around us! We loved it!

My family started our full time RV journey here and I couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent 4 months at this beautiful resort so I truly got to experience everything they have to offer. The entire campground is SO clean, you will always see staff out cleaning and keeping it beautiful. The bathhouse is clean and so aesthetically pleasing. The laundry room is convenient because there’s an app to pay instead of just coins. It’s the perfect resort for families with a playground, jump pillow, basketball court, frisbee golf, plenty of room to run/ ride bikes, a pool and a hot tub. Plus the property is huge so there’s lots of trails to walk your dog (plus a dog park!) or just enjoy a walk in nature yourself. The staff is so kind and friendly, I absolutely loved every staff member I spent time with. My family was SO sad to leave. We enjoyed every single day here and I will forever highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a gorgeous RV park in a stunning location with excellent amenities :)

This was our first time visiting Colorado. We planned to stop at Royal Gorge Bridge on our way through and researched the near by campgrounds that could accommodate our 27’ RV pulling a 14’ enclosed trailer. We easily made online reservations and the after hours check in packet seamlessly directed us to our full hook up, pull through site. The hosts stopped by after we were settled in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Positives: Gorgeous 360 degree view of the mountains, modern and CLEAN bathrooms, plenty of shower stalls with great water pressure, several private toilet stalls, well groomed roads and sites, functional terracing to provide unencumbered views, pool and hot tub, patio with cool gathering spots around gas fire pits, laundry, dog park, and some sports courts /playground areas. Negatives: We only stayed one night and didn’t get to fully take advantage of the outstanding amenities. Our next time out to Colorado we will surely be spending more time here.

Stayed here overnight, on the way to another campground in the National Forest. The campground is well maintained and clean. Lots of different sites to choose from. Amenities are great, pool, playground, bounce area, bathhouse, laundry, store. Check in was quick and easy, employees pleasant and accommodating. Our site(49) was new and level. My only complaint is that the power, water, and sewer connections were forward at our site, instead of middle, so I needed a longer hose for water and sewer. Not a big deal though for one night. You do hear some highway noise as it is next to a major intersection. There are few trees in the campground, so shade is at a minimum. The campground is convenient to Canon City and the Royal Gorge. Overall, a great place to stay.

We went for a long weekend getaway with friends. Our cabin was amazing! We were stunned as we walked in and saw the wonderful view from the 3 walls of windows. It was spacious, and had lovely and comfortable decor and furniture.

Our only comment is that there is no window shade on the door or over the sliding door, and the a/c unit being in the main living area makes it hard to keep the bedroom cool without leaving the door to the bedroom open. So someone can look in or in our case it was letting in a ton of light very early in the morning.

It was otherwise just a fantastic experience.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Lots of options to hang out at a propane fire pit. There’s also a lot of kid friendly activities (jumping pillow, playground, swimming, outdoor games).

We also rented one of the golf carts, which I would highly recommend for getting around the park.

We would absolutely come back here again.
