I had the pleasure of working with Steve and Michelle. They constantly kept us up to date with everything and were with us every step of the way. I appreciate them and everything they have did for my family. During such a sensitive time they welcomed and advocated for us. We got so lucky to be able to work with them. Compassionate, professional and dedicated is what I would describe them to be. I would highly recommend them as a team.

All in all, I had a warm, good experience during an absolutely awful time in my life. Chad, Jen and Deb showed personal compassion, were honest and kept things in focus (expectations) and on task during a very difficult time for my family.

Recently spoke with this lawfirm about my son situation and they have already made me and my son feel like family. They are so understanding to my son situation. My son and I have been welcomed with open arms by Leah and the rest of the staff. This lawfirm is truly amazing and would recommend anyone to them. They broke down point A to B when it came to my son situation. And that mad me feel at ease. Very grateful for them.

Steve showed much compassion and understanding as my family dealt with my Uncles medical challenges. My Uncle had been healthy and independent his whole life until a knee replacement turned into a life-threatening infection. Being older, his hearing wasn’t that great, he felt helpless sometimes, but knowing someone was working for him and on his side gave him hope. Steve visited him in the nursing home, he and Michelle kept me informed, kept the case moving forward and were always reassuring. We’ll always be grateful to Goethel Engelhardt, PLLC, thank you Steve and Michelle.

This representative of Rainbow Vacuums stands by the quality of these great vacuums and is not in it the for the money. He genuinely gets his gratitude knowing he sells and repairs a quality household appliance. I've had mine many years and it still runs like new.
