(September 15, 2022, 8:30 pm)This place is absolutely amazing! The coaches are so great, and able to accommodate modifications for all fitness levels. I have been doing this type of workout for the past 4.5 years and I’ve learned so much already in the past few months, that I didn’t even know. My 11 year old daughter is now a member, and the coaching for her has also been phenomenal. I cannot imagine my family being anywhere else! Everybody has been so welcoming and kind. We absolutely love it here!!!

(August 9, 2022, 5:09 pm)CrossFit Florence is so welcoming and fun! Everyone is welcome no matter where you’re starting out at, they help you and teach you all the techniques you need to know to execute the workouts properly and safely. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
(March 14, 2022, 10:22 pm)This place is amazing! Great coaches that are so nice and super encouraging. I’ve been attending this place for over a year. I was super intimidated at first when I first heard about CrossFit. But the coaches were great one on one to make you feel comfortable and encourage you along the way. I’m so glad I joined CrossFit for my strength and fitness but also I love the CrossFit community I have built while here. You should join to!
(February 17, 2022, 5:46 pm)Work outs can be fun! The coaches are fantastic. They are always ready to suggest alternatives for any of the exercises that I may find too difficult. My wife and I attend the 6 am classes. Somedays it takes a little more effort to get up that early but we are always happy we did.
