“I've been a resident about 4-5 months. I was initially pretty skeptical, having had poor experiences with commercially managed apartments in the past. I was also renting site-unseen as I lived quite a ways away. There was some expected bureaucracy with the paperwork and application and fees, however the staff was excellent in their communications and walking me through the process remotely. This is an older complex it seems, and yes the buildings show some wear and tear and units aren't shiny and new. However, they are clean and solid and there is clearly care taken before move-in to the best of their ability. The office staff is incredibly nice, happy to answer questions, and very conversational. The maintenance team is A+. From clearing snow to answering service requests, they are super fast and efficient. There is care that goes into repainting the buildings, maintaining the grounds, and the office frequently has community events. The location is quieter than expected as well, surrounded by pretty fields and a neighborhood off the main street. Sure, it's a little older and some of the neighbors a bit loud sometimes, and yeah there are utility fees. But, it's a good place with good people. Do recommend.”

“I have trusted my possessions and trailers here for several years now. The owner is friendly and will work with you on getting you set up right no matter where you live or are traveling from. I have noticed a lot of out-of-state RVs stored here so people can just drive to Colorado, get their RV and start recreating. Storage units are very secure and come in different sizes. The location, while off the beaten path, is easy to get in and out of. Your possessions and trailers will also have a gorgeous view of the mountains!”

“This is a great, nestled away spot for a quiet night in the canyon! Perfect for catching some rest while exploring the rock climbing in the canyon. PLEASE PRACTICE LEAVE NO TRACE. If you don’t know what that is, look it up. The campground is no longer serviced and are only considered dispersed sites. BEARS PRESENT. Due to the obvious abuse of the area, there are black bears present at this campground. We encountered a cub in the driveway leading to the sites in the middle of the afternoon. Sharing pictures of the abuse in hopes that folks will attempt to self-police the area and protect it. This is very harmful to the wildlife in this area - not to mention the damage it does to the local environment.”
