Ian and Andy treated me right from the beginning. Ian has been working on cars his whole life and is very knowledgeable. Right up front he goes over the various things that could be the cause of your problem, and their prices. When he does find the problem, he calls to let you know what is the best option and gets your OK to proceed. I felt like he kept me well informed both times my truck needed work replacing the radiator and misfiring cylinder. The rest of the crew is friendly as well. Not knowing a lot about vehicles, I feel safe taking my truck there and not getting ripped off. Don't listen to what Liz at the post office has to say about them. These are good people.
