“Amazing cottage, close to casinos and right in town. Short walk to beautiful shops and sight seeing. Very friendly staff. Bus that comes every 15 to take patrons to the casinos. Absolutely quaint and beautiful.”

“Highly recommend visiting this amazing 4 story shop. They have something for EVERYONE, including vintage decor and clothing, Native American items, antiques and collectibles, and much, much more. Very reasonable prices and the daughter of one of the owners was very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Plan to spend quite a bit of time here as there is SO much to see. LOVE this place and next time I'm in Colorado, it will be my First stop!!”

“I mean talk about conveniently located next door to the casinos and other shops around. Plus, you can take the Casino Shuttle and it stops just down the road from the dispensary. Golden Nugget was by far one of the most visited Dispensaries while on my state tour of Colorado for 2 months in the summer. I count at least 9-10 times in 4 days that I visited with both my father, and my two cousins. However, the main guy that was always there gave me discounts on my first day in, and the best prices by far versus the other dispensaries locally. Every day their are new deals, and if you feel you need a quick pick me up for losing all that money, or to celebrate winning money, or just to grab a Joint or a couple grams of flower and walk and enjoy nature in the mountains, this is the dispensary for you. I'm definitely coming back here when I can, and I'm pulling some new friends along too”

“My mom and I went on a two hour ride and we had a great time. Ginger was great, she even let me borrow a hat. Our guide was a young lady but she was very knowledgeable when talking about the gold mines and the area. My mom asked a ton of questions and she answered every one of them. Yes, they are a ways out of town but that's kind of the point. Our horses were steady on the rocky terrain and I felt comfortable the whole time. Thanks for the great time.”

“My husband booked us a 2 hour private ride as a surprise for my birthday here. The owner Ginger who greeted us was great, and our guide Barb was amazing!! I was surprised how well behaved and sweet all the horses were (we had Bonnie and Jumba), as you would think they get tired of having strangers ride them all summer long. Both horses and staff seemed like they love their job. The trails and views were so nice.”

“A few years ago, a family member took me up a winding steep road into the heart of the Rockies to visit a charming pottery shop. I have since visited several times whenever I’m in the Denver area. The handmade items are high quality and fairly priced, with many varieties of patterns and styles to pick from. There is almost always something new I hadn’t seen before. It is a hike from Idaho Springs, but worth it to support a small business and find a new favorite mug.”

“A unique campground able to accommodate a large crowd! Several tent pads per site included. Well maintained vault toilets and non potable water available. Ample parking. Not far outside of the Denver metro area proper makes for an easy commute to get some of that fresh mountain air you're craving. Big fire pits with grates for cooking and a charcoal bbq if you want to grill. 3 picnic tables provide plenty of room for meals and prep. Bear boxes provided to keep your food and campsite safe. Lots of mosquitos and some biting flies are the only downside to this camping site so bring plenty of bug spray, you will need it.”

“On Nov. 13th, I was gambling with my husband at Johnny Z's in Central City. My nose started bleeding from both nostrils very bad. We couldn't stop the bleeding and it was decided to call the ambulance. As soon as I got in, Courtney took my blood pressure, which was about 2--/1--, and all the way to Lutheran Medical Center, she talked to me and asked me questions which settled me down considerably. I really was impressed with her care for what I was going through and with the driver for getting us down safely in extreme traffic. So thanks to both of them for a job which, in my opinion, was above and beyond expectations. God bless you. C. Brozovich”
