“Breakthough PT - Dry needling is that step that moves you through a slow spot in one's recovery, and Jen at Fit Physical Therapy in the YMCA is amazing. This was a recommendation from another PT, and I'm so glad they did. This was my first dry needling, which can be a little spooky (not knowing what to expect), but the results...moved me MULTIPLE steps up (faster) than what I was currently doing. Also, it was a little weird to have PT in the YMCA. But, when you understand that she has access to all the equipment, to show and help you in your need to get back up to speed, this is a brilliant meeting of minds. Wow, I can say THIS is the place to go, and Jen Morton is a patient and knowledgeable professional to help you with PT (and it's covered under insurance)!
