She was great on our initial consultation phone call - friendly and professional, asked great questions, and offered a more than reasonable price point. When we found out our wedding had to be postponed thanks to COVID, Sarah was incredibly flexible as we continued to have to postpone several times. When we got back into the swing of planning she was super helpful and easy to work with when updating some of our initial designs (a lot can change in a year!) and was very deadline oriented, always staying on top of our timeline to ensure I received my final items in plenty of time.
