“I joined the Colorado Taekwondo Institute 6 years ago. Its hard to believe its been that long ago. Since I joined, I have experienced so many positive health benefits. I have gotten better flexibility and overall fitness. I love getting a full body workout without a bunch of weights or machines. Being an adult, I love being in class with other adults. The adult class at Conifer is full of adults ranging from early twenties to sixty. There are a few teens as well. Working out with a variety of people helps keep the classes fun and interesting. No matter how much I learn, I always find there is so much more to learn and so much more I can improve. The school at Conifer is always clean. The workout room is great. The cushioned workout floor really takes the jolt out of all the running, jumping and kicking. The workouts are great for any physical ability or fitness level. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try.”
