They are very responsive, reliable, good communicators (which I think is rare for contractors and people doing work in one's home), timely (ACTUALLY came when they said they were going to), straight forward (no manipulative sales or trickiness), knowledgeable, experienced, and they deliver a high quality product. Not only did Adrian paint really excellently, but he also worked without making a mess. (They have a sander that vacuums IN the dust while they are sanding.) Any bit of dirt or dust that was made was cleaned up carefully and there was NO dust sitting about on furniture or surrounding areas which I think is amazing. In addition, Bryan helped with solving our hinge replacement problem--he spent a lot of time doing research and finding a hinge expert in Georgia to powder coat our "antique" hinges since they could not be replaced. He went above and beyond, to say the least. They even waited for payment while we waited for the hinges. I could not be happier with them and their work and professionalism.”
